Our Story

As a culinary artist with a passion for food, Telesha is recognized for a decade of catering/event experience in the Tri-State area.

After culinary studies, she served as an Executive Chef in multi-unit restaurants for many years. With the study of Mixology, and learning to pair wines and spirits with different foods this inspired Telesha even more with her creativity.

Possessing a gift for food preparation, developing daily specials based on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients that give her dishes soul.

If you're planning a small simple dinner party or an impressive multi-course meal for business/personal, Telesha can handle an event from staging tables to pairing and selecting wine/spirits for all courses. On-site or Off-site catering is available.
